Tools, Tips & Techniques
Participation in PROSTARS is something to brag about and we help you do it. Once approved, you'll receive a welcome letter with registration and log-in instructions to the password-protected PROSTARS participant web site. Be sure to contact your Zone Program Manager to place an order for entrance door and vehicle fleet decals.

Customer Service Training
Customer Service is one of the cornerstones of the PROSTARS program and key to a more successful future. The Star Quality Customer Service Training Program was developed and is available only to PROSTARS participants.


Criteria for Participants

The following criteria are minimum requirements for all PROSTARS participants.

  • Clean customer waiting area
  • Clean, customer accessible restroom
  • Customer parking area
  • Normal business hours (e.g. Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
  • Employ at least one certified auto glass technician
  • Provide facility liability insurance carrier, limits and expiration date
  • Provide workers comp insurance carrier and expiration date
